Cancellation Policy

Please provide a detailed explanation and, if possible, a photo of the item in question. Upon review, we may issue a partial or full refund, or offer a replacement.

Refund Process

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders that have been prepared according to your specific instructions, and gift cards are not eligible for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
